Oni ka\u017eu da sve \u0161to naprave brzo i prodaju, zbog \u010dega ove godine pojedini planiraju da izgrade vi\u0161e stanova.<\/p>\n<p>Vlasnik preduze\u0107a &#8220;Europartner&#8221; Trebinje Mirko Stankovi\u0107 je istakao da je potra\u017enja za stanovima u ovom gradu lani sko\u010dila za 50 odsto u odnosu na godinu ranije.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nekretnine u Trebinju su za razliku od Dubrovnika i ostalih obli\u017enjih primorskih gradova povoljne. To je uticalo na ve\u0107u potra\u017enju za stanovima. Stan u starogradnji je od 1.100 do 1.300 maraka po metru kvadratnom, dok je novogradnja 1.450 do 2.200 KM &#8211; kazao je Stankovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Dodao je da su stanovi ove godine skuplji za oko 200 maraka po kvadratu u odnosu na lani.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pecani-stanovi-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pecani-stanovi-2-300x222.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"222\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-98563\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pecani-stanovi-2-300x222.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pecani-stanovi-2-100x74.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pecani-stanovi-2.jpg 675w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Vlasnik prijedorske Agencije za prodaju nekretnina &#8220;VHS&#8221; Leonard Samard\u017eija istakao je da ovih dana vlada potra\u017enja za pet manjih stanova, koje oni trenutno nemaju u ponudi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; U Prijedoru se jako malo gradi, tako da novih stanova gotovo da nema. Kad je u pitanju starogradnja, prosje\u010dna cijena po kvadratu jednosobnog stana kod nas lani je bila 1.100, dvosobnog 1.000 i trosobnog 900 maraka, dok \u0107e ove godine biti skuplji za oko 100 KM &#8211; kazao je Samard\u017eija.<\/p>\n<p>Agent u Agenciji za nekretnine &#8220;Sim&#8221; Bijeljina \u017deljko Despotovi\u0107 je istakao da je pro\u0161le godine u ovom gradu prodato 90 odsto novih stanova, a velika potra\u017enja je vladala i za starogradnjom.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zbog velike potra\u017enje ove godine \u0107e u Bijeljini sigurno biti izgra\u0111eno vi\u0161e stanova &#8211; kazao je Despotovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Dodao je da su polovni stanovi pro\u0161le godine u prosjeku ko\u0161tali 1.200 KM, a novi 1.450 maraka po kvadratu, dok \u0107e cijene ove godine biti malo vi\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjskom prodajom i potra\u017enjom zadovoljna je menad\u017eer prodaje u dobojskom preduze\u0107u za gra\u0111evinarstvo i trgovinu i usluge &#8220;Proda-mont&#8221; Sanja Prodanovi\u0107-Jeli\u0107, isti\u010du\u0107i da od ove godine o\u010dekuje mnogo vi\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; U prethodnom periodu smo se malo pro\u0161irili, a do kraja godine imamo u planu da zapo\u010dnemo jo\u0161 dvije zgrade. Stanovi se uglavnom prodaju u izgradnji, a kre\u0107u se od 1.350 do 1.650 maraka po kvadratu &#8211; kazala je Prodanovi\u0107-Jeli\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Da je pro\u0161la godina u odnosu na prethodne bila mnogo bolja potvrdio je i predsjednik Skup\u0161tine Udru\u017eenja posrednika u prometu nekretnina RS i vlasnik banjalu\u010dke agencije za nekretnine &#8220;Senzor&#8221; Manojlo Popovi\u0107. On ka\u017ee da, ako se po jutru dan poznaje, ova godina bi mogla biti jo\u0161 bolja.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ova godina je dobro po\u010dela. \u0160to se ti\u010de cijena, one su u blagom rastu &#8211; kazao je Popovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Vlasnik gra\u0111evinskog preduze\u0107a &#8220;Marvel&#8221; Isto\u010dno Sarajevo Savo Lalovi\u0107 istakao je da su zadovoljni lanjskom prodajom stanova, \u010dija je cijena od 1.330 do 1.400 maraka po kvadratu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; I ove godine o\u010dekujemo isto posla, a na raspolaganju \u0107e biti oko 50 novih stanova. Cijene ostaju na pro\u0161logodi\u0161njem nivou &#8211; kazao je Lalovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Ekonomista Zoran Pavlovi\u0107 isti\u010de da je najve\u0107e interesovanje za stanovima registrovano u Banjaluci, ali da za njom mnogo ne zaostaju ni drugi ve\u0107i gradovi u Srpskoj.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Za kupovinu stana u Srpskoj najvi\u0161e su zainteresovani na\u0161i ljudi, koji rade u inostranstvu, pa svoju u\u0161te\u0111evinu \u017eele da, umjesto \u010duvanja u bankama, ula\u017eu u nekretnine &#8211; rekao je Pavlovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Ekonomista<\/p>\n<p>Banjalu\u010danka Danijela Baji\u0107, koja za novim domom traga ve\u0107 pola godine, ka\u017ee da nikako ne mo\u017ee da na\u0111e neki jednosoban stan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Uglavnom, u ponudi su veliki stanovi i garsonjere, dok jednosobnih gotovo da nema.
