Njima se od narodne skup\u0161tine RS tra\u017ei da iz privatizacije rudnika izuzmu lokacije Suhi Prijedor, Baltine Bare, Rudni\u010dka ulica, Zelena pijaca u naselju Pe\u0107ani, parking kod stadiona, te objekti Rudarskog fakulteta i Rudarskog instituta. Ukupna povr\u0161ina ovih lokacija jeste skoro 210.000 metara kvadratnih.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111e, zahtev za izuzimanje odnosi se i na lokacije za koje postoji interes Prijedora, a to su nekretnine u Crnoj Dolini, \u010cejrecima i Hambarinama ukupne povr\u0161ine ve\u0107e od 409.000 kvadrata.<\/p>\n<p>Nezvani\u010dno, na neke od ovih lokacija oko su ve\u0107 bacili investitori bliski lokalnoj vlasti.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/blic-nsrs.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-79722\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/blic-nsrs-300x217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"217\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/blic-nsrs-300x217.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/blic-nsrs-100x72.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/blic-nsrs.jpg 690w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Javno saslu\u0161anje<\/p>\n<p>Zanimljivo je da se u zaklju\u010dcima Skup\u0161tine grada Prijedora nigde decidno ne ka\u017ee da se Grad protivi prodaji 64,99 odsto dr\u017eavnog kapitala \u201eIsraeli Investment Group\u201c (IIG), ve\u0107 se samo \u201eizra\u017eava zabrinutost\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>U politi\u010dkim krugovima to se tuma\u010di kao znak da je koalicioni partner Milorada Dodika ipak spreman da promeni mi\u0161ljenje ako bi, kojim slu\u010dajem, nabrojane nekretnine ostale Prijedoru. Me\u0111utim, u to je te\u0161ko poverovati budu\u0107i da su one najvredniji deo koga bi da kupi IIG.<\/p>\n<p>Nepokretnosti je ju\u010de pominjala i \u0161efica Kluba poslanika DNS u NS RS Spomenka Stevanovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Smatramo da je predlo\u017eena odluka o prodaji rudnika \u0161tetna po interese gra\u0111ana Srpske iz vi\u0161e razloga. Ukratko, radi se o potencijalnom kupcu izraelskoj kompaniji koja nema nikakva iskustva u rudarskoj delatnosti. Ugovorom iz 2004. R\u017dR \u201eLjubija\u201cse odrekla ekspoloatacionih prava. Zato je pitanje za\u0161to se rudnik kupuje. Najverovatnije iz razloga \u010disto komercijalne, spekulantske prirode, radi eventualne preprodaje nepokretnosti u Prijedoru, koje su vlasni\u0161tvo rudnika \u2013 rekla je Stevanovi\u0107eva.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/rudnik-ljubija.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-79252\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/rudnik-ljubija-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/rudnik-ljubija-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/rudnik-ljubija-100x75.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/rudnik-ljubija-640x480.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/rudnik-ljubija.jpg 666w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Na pitanje \u201eEuroBlica\u201c da li postoje uslovi pod kojima bi DNS ipak glasao za prodaju, odgovorila je: \u201eAko biste mi rekli koji je to uslov, ja bih mo\u017eda razmislila\u201c. Upitana \u0161ta \u0107e se desiti ako DNS bude preglasan u Narodnoj skup\u0161tini RS, ka\u017ee da o odnosima u koaliciji treba da brinu svi koalicioni partneri.<\/p>\n<p>Iznenada, Odbor za privredu NS RS odlu\u010dio je da 4. maja odr\u017ei javno saslu\u0161anje zainteresovanih strana o prodaji \u201eLjubije\u201c, a to su \u201eArselor Mital\u201c Prijedor, IIG, predstavnici dr\u017eavnog kapitala, sindikata i Vlade. Nakon toga, Odbor \u0107e odlu\u010diti da li \u0107e zatra\u017eiti skidanje prodaje rudnika s dnevnog reda NS RS.<\/p>\n<p>Protiv javnog saslu\u0161anja bili su DNS i SNSD, dok je inicijativa pro\u0161la zahvaljuju\u0107i glasovima opozicije, Admira \u010cavke iz \u201eDomovine\u201c te nezavisnog poslanika Vojina Mitrovi\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>Lobiranje ili moljakanje?!<\/p>\n<p>Ujedno, u NS RS se \u0161u\u0161ka da vlast poku\u0161ava da podmiti poslanike, kako bi prilikom glasanja imala ve\u0107inu, bez DNS. Tako\u0111e, sastanke sa pojedinim poslanicima tra\u017ei i Evgenij Zotov, direktor IIG.<\/p>\n<p>Admir \u010cavka priznaje da su lobiranja svakodnevnica, ali tvrdi da se ne radi o novcu, ve\u0107 o ube\u0111ivanju da za ne\u0161to glasaju, ili ne.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kona\u010dan stav o \u201eLjubiji\u201c Klub \u0107e zauzeti nakon javnog saslu\u0161anja. Jo\u0161 nema raskola me\u0111u nama \u2013 tvrdi \u010cavka.<\/p>\n<p>Nezvani\u010dno, \u201eDomovina\u201c je za sada protiv prodaje \u201eLjubije\u201c kako bi za\u0161titili interese zeni\u010dke \u017eelezare, koja bi mogla da ostane bez rude iz Prijedora ako se povu\u010de \u201eMital\u201c. Me\u0111utim, sve su glasnije pri\u010de o raskolu u \u201eDomovini\u201c, kako zbog lobiranja u NS RS tako i zbog problema unutar SDA.<\/p>\n<p>Dogovor Dodika i \u201eArselor Mitala\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Prema saznanjima \u201eEuroBlica\u201c, u decembru 2016. u Banjaluci je odr\u017ean sastanak predsednika RS Milorada Dodika i ministra energetike RS Petra \u0110oki\u0107a sa predstavnikom \u201eArselor Mitala\u201c iz Londona.<\/p>\n<p>Dodik je obe\u0107ao da \u0107e oni biti kupci \u201eLjubije\u201c ako ispune tri uslova:<br \/>\n-da ponuda makar jedan odsto bude ve\u0107a od IIG;<br \/>\n-da se dobit raspore\u0111uje tako \u0161to 25 odsto ide u dividendu;<br \/>\n-da u bud\u017eet uplate 3 miliona KM zbog transfernih cena rude.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161i izvori tvrde da je predstavnik \u201eMitala\u201c pristao na sve, ali nakon toga sti\u017ee astromska ponuda IIG od 92 miliona KM za \u201eLjubiju\u201c, koji \u201eArselor Mital\u201c ne \u017eeli da prati.<\/p>\n<p>EuroBlic<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Klju\u010dni razlog protivljenja DNS prodaji R\u017dR \u201eLjubija\u201c jeste \u010dinjenica da to podrazumeva i prodaju atraktivnog zemlji\u0161ta, koje istovremeno grad Prijedor \u017eeli u svoje vlasni\u0161tvo, saznaje \u201eEuroBlic\u201c.
