Najslabije se prodaju ku\u0107e, a razlog za to je uglavnom neposjedovanje ispravne dokumentacije kod prodavaca, kao i dotrajalost objekata, koja zahtijeva dodatna ulaganja ovih vlasnika. <\/p>\n<p>Prijedor\u010dani uglavnom smatraju da je cijena nekretnina u gradu visoka. Slabiju potra\u017enju komentari\u0161u slabom kupovnom mo\u0107i gra\u0111ana.<\/p>\n<p>U Prijedoru se najslabije prodaju ku\u0107e. Milutin Luki\u0107, sedam mjeseci bezuspje\u0161no poku\u0161ava da proda ku\u0107u s oku\u0107nicom u prijedorskom naselju \u010cirkin Polje. Kupce u Prijedoru zanima prete\u017eno stara gradnja, i to manje stambene jedinice od 30 do 45 kvadratnih metara, koje su i najskuplje.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cijena tih stanova kre\u0107e se mo\u017eda od nekih 1000 do 1200 KM, sve u zavisnosti od lokacije, te od toga u kakvom je stanju nekretnina &#8211; ka\u017ee Leonard Samard\u017eija, trgovac nekretninama.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je u pitanju prodaja ku\u0107a, najve\u0107i problem je neposjedovanje ispravne dokumentacije kod prodavaca nekretnine.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tu imamo papirolo\u0161kih problema sa tim ku\u0107ama u Prijedoru, a i to su sve ku\u0107e koje su stare od 40-50 godina, gdje su adaptacije neophodne.
