Lo\u0161e navike kojima smo, mora se priznati, skloni itekako uti\u010du na zdravlje. Zato je najva\u017enije pravilo u vrijeme predstoje\u0107ih praznika \u2013 pravilo umjerenosti u konzumiranju visokokalori\u010dne hrane.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eTokom praznika kod najve\u0107eg broja ljudi dolazi do odstupanja u odre\u0111enim dijetetskim obrascima koje ina\u010de primjenjujemo. Me\u0111utim, ishrana tokom praznika ne mora biti restriktivna \u2013 potrebno je samo da bude racionalna. \u0160ta zna\u010di racionalna? To zna\u010di da vodimo ra\u010duna o koli\u010dini unosa hrane, odnosno veli\u010dini obroka. Na kraju krajeva, umjerenost je klju\u010d. Hrana ima i svoj socijalni aspekt, pa je jako bitno da u\u017eivamo u njoj dok provodimo vrijeme sa nama dragim ljudima. Ono na \u0161ta tako\u0111e trebamo obratiti pa\u017enju jeste frekvencija uno\u0161enja hrane, odnosno razmak izme\u0111u obroka, kako bi se smanjilo optere\u0107enje organizma i kako ne bi do\u0161lo do prejedanja. Tako\u0111e, jako je bitna hidratacija \u2013 adekvatan unos vode. Potrebno je smanjiti i racionalno unositi sokove i alkoholna pi\u0107a, koje tokom praznika \u010desto konzumiramo mo\u017eda i u ve\u0107oj koli\u010dini nego \u0161to bi trebali. Ono \u0161to bih savjetovala, kada je u pitanju prazni\u010dna trpeza, jeste da osim na\u0161ih tradicionalnih jela bude dosta vi\u0161e povr\u0107a \u2013 bilo svje\u017eeg ili pripremljenog na adekvatan na\u010din\u201d, kazala je \u017daklina \u0160atara Markovi\u0107, magistar farmacije specijalista i magistar nutricionizma.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon praznika i proslave Nove godine obi\u010dno slijedi period kada ljudi \u017eele da \u201co\u010diste organizam\u201d i vrate se svojoj svakodnevnoj rutini.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMislim da je klju\u010dno da vodimo ra\u010duna \u0161ta jedemo tokom cijele godine i da nema potrebe za tim nekim specijalnim detoks re\u017eimima, jer na\u0161 organizam je jedan savr\u0161en mehanizam koji funkcioni\u0161e i ima sofisticirane sisteme za detoksikaciju \u2013 samo treba da ih podr\u017eimo. Tako da nema potrebe za ekstremnim detoks programima\u201d, zaklju\u010duje \u0160atara Markovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Potrudite se da u Novu 2026. godinu u\u0111ete zadovoljni sobom.Umjesto nezdravih navika, poku\u0161ajte da se odmorite. Dobro se naspavajte, jer je na\u0161em tijelu potreban redovan san da bi funkcionisalo.
