Pilipovi\u0107 je trener i osniva\u010d Kluba borila\u010dkih sportova Rudar, licencirani trener i sudija u kick boxu, instruktor u \u0161koli plivanja Aquaplanet Prijedor i \u0161koli sporta Sportisimo. Tokom posljednjih godina pro\u0161ao je veliki broj seminara poput svih nivoa Total Body Coach i drugih. Nosilac je nekoliko priznanja na Izborima za sportistu grada Prijedora.<\/p>\n<p>Funkcionalni trening dovodi do porasta aerobnih i anaerobnih sposobnosti, razvoja snage mi\u0161i\u0107a sa ili bez pove\u0107anja mase mi\u0161i\u0107a (zavisno od potreba), kao i do unapredjenja fleksibilnosti. Odr\u017eava vas maksimalno fokusiranim i veoma motivisanim za treninge. Trening nakon kojeg \u0107ete se odli\u010dno osje\u0107ati i u vrlo kratkom roku do\u0107i do \u017eeljenih rezultata. Dobi\u0107ete na snazi i kondiciji, ravnote\u017ei, brzini i koordinaciji. Maksimalno \u0107ete sagoriti vi\u0161ak kilograma, te dobiti na kvalitetnoj mi\u0161i\u0107noj masi i definiciji.<\/p>\n<p>Koje tehnologije treninga koristimo: fitness trening; kettlebell trening (girje); battling ropes; strongman trening; crossfit trening, spartan trening \u2013 300; BOSU trening; SAQ trening; pliometrijski trening; trening izdr\u017eljivosti; trening istezanja; TRX trening; pilates trening; bodybuilding trening, powerlifting trening, weightlifting trening.<\/p>\n<p>Pred vama su treninzi koji \u0107e Vas dovesti do forme \u017eivota. Prije vje\u017ebanja posavjetujte se sa ljekarom. Prednost je efikasnosti i raznovrsnosti ovog trena\u017enog programa. Velik broj razli\u010ditih i vrlo u\u010dinkovitih vje\u017ebi. <\/p>\n<p>Program se sastoji od:<br \/>\n1) Uvodna faza: u\u010dimo tehniku, polako sti\u010demo kondiciju ako ste na nekom po\u010detnom nivou. Traje od 1 do 4 sedmice.<br \/>\n2) Udarni trening: traje nekoliko sedmica.<br \/>\n3) Lagan trening: 1 sedmicu.<br \/>\n4) Udarni trening: nekoliko sedmica. Kompletni ciklusi se ponavljaju sa druga\u010dijom progresijom, sa druga\u010dijim optere\u0107enjem.<\/p>\n<p>Program je namijenjen svim punoljetnim osobama, \u017eenama i mu\u0161karcima, dok gornje granice nema. Svaki trening ima svoj razli\u010dit protokol, u svakom trenutku mo\u017eete poja\u010dati vje\u017ebu ili smanjiti intentzitet. Cilj je da vas dovede u formu \u017eivota, maksimalno sagorijevanje vi\u0161ka kilograma, snaga, kondicija, koordinacija, ravnote\u017ea, samo su neke od prednosti ovog programa. Osjeti\u0107ete nevjerovatnu lako\u0107u u cijelom tijelu, bez obzira na va\u0161e godine. Sve to mo\u017eete posti\u0107i zahvaljuju\u0107i visoko intenzivnom intervalnom treningu. U takvom protokolu funkcionalnog treninga dolazi do izra\u017eaja visok intenzitet pulsa koji se smjenjuje sa niskom razinom pulsa. Na taj na\u010din trening je kratak, raznovrstan, u\u010dinkovit i maksimalno funkcionalan. Pristup je individualiziran, u svakom trenutku mo\u017eete vje\u017ebu poja\u010dati ili smanjiti, radite na svojoj razini, na svom intenzitetu. Na po\u010detku trena\u017enog ciklusa napravi\u0107emo po\u010detna mjerenja i testiranja. Svakako trebate da napravite svoje inicijalne fotke prije po\u010detka trena\u017enog procesa. To \u0107e nam kasnije biti vrlo dobar pokazatelj koliko smo napravili, a vjerujte napravi\u0107emo veliku stvar. <\/p>\n<p>Zapamtite, poenta je da se dobro osje\u0107ate i dobro zabavite. Uz ovaj sistem vje\u017ebanja, to vam je i zagarantovano. Trebate slijediti prave principe u treningu, kao i u \u017eivotu.
