Ljudi su najvi\u0161e zainteresovani za stanove od 30 do 60 metara kvadratnih, dok stanovi kvadrature ve\u0107e od 60 kvadrata kupce \u010dekaju du\u017ei period&#8221;, rekao je Gruban.<\/p>\n<p>On isti\u010de da je tr\u017ei\u0161te stabilno, te da nije zabilje\u017een pad cijena kvadrata u novoj gradnji, jer su mahom stanovi bili rasprodani ve\u0107 u po\u010detnoj fazi gradnje.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Generalno i drugi investitori u Prijedoru izuzetno brzo rasprodaju nove stanove i mahom se sve rasproda odmah u fazi izgradnji objekta&#8221;, rekao je Gruban.<\/p>\n<p>Kako ka\u017ee Gruban, stanove uglavnom potra\u017euju dijaspora i mladi bra\u010dni parovi, a sve je vi\u0161e slu\u010dajeva gdje penzioneri prodaju ve\u0107e stanove na vi\u0161im spratovima i kupuju manje stanove na ni\u017eoj spratnosti ili manje stanove novije gradnje u zgradama sa liftom.<\/p>\n<p>Manojlo Popovi\u0107, vlasnik Agencije &#8220;Senzor nekretnine&#8221; u Banjaluci, isti\u010de da se u ovom periodu tra\u017enja stanova nije smanjila, nego da se sada tra\u017ee vi\u0161e stanovi za kupovinu, ali da se potra\u017euju i stanovi za iznajmljivanje.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Banjaluka je izuzetno atraktivna lokacija u RS, a stanove potra\u017euju kupci sa svih strana. Posebno su tra\u017eeni stanovi, ali i placevi, stare ku\u0107e i vikendice&#8221;, ka\u017ee Popovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>On je rekao da jedan period tokom pandemije virusa korona nisu radili, ali da je i tada bilo gra\u0111ana koji su se interesovali za kupovinu stanova putem telefona. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Iako nismo radili, ljudi su zvali i raspitivali se, ali posebno se sada interesuju svakim danom. Najtra\u017eeniji su i dalje jednosobni stanovi i garsonjere, odnosno stanovi sa manjom kvadraturom koji se nalaze u gradu. Potra\u017enje svakako ima i za ostalim stanovima ve\u0107e kvadrature&#8221;, rekao je Popovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>On je napomenuo da je tr\u017ei\u0161te stabilno, te da promjene u cijenama kvadrata nije bilo, ni navi\u0161e, ni nani\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Stanovi se vi\u0161e tra\u017ee nego \u0161to se nude, sada dosta gra\u0111ana kod nas u agenciji tra\u017ei starije stanove pa ih renovira ili uzima stanove koji su u zavr\u0161noj fazi izgradnje&#8221;, ka\u017ee Popovi\u0107 i dodaje da me\u0111u kupcima stanova ima mladih bra\u010dnih parova, dijaspore, te onih gra\u0111ana iz drugih mjesta u RS koji kupuju stanove za svoju djecu koja studiraju u Banjaluci.<\/p>\n<p>Slavka \u0110oki\u0107 iz &#8220;Alfa nekretnina&#8221; u Bijeljini ka\u017ee da je potra\u017enja za stanovima u Bijeljini sada krenula istim tempom kao \u0161to je to bilo prije po\u010detka pandemije.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Vratilo se sve u normalu kao i ranije. Potra\u017enja je na istom nivou kao u periodu prije korone, posebno za manjim stanovima koje je te\u0161ko na\u0107i. Tr\u017ei\u0161te je potpuno stabilno, promjene cijena nije bilo&#8221;, rekla je \u0110oki\u0107eva.<\/p>\n<p>Ona ka\u017ee da je sada malo ve\u0107a potra\u017enja za placevima i zemljom nego u ranijem periodu, a kada su u pitanju stanovi, uglavnom se tra\u017ei manja kvadratura do 40 kvadrata, ali i stanovi od 50 do 60 kvadrata sa dvije spava\u0107e sobe.
