Senka Gatari\u0107 Vasili\u0107, vlasnica banjalu\u010dke agencije &#8220;Euro-agent&#8221;, ka\u017ee da ve\u0107 deset dana niti ko zove niti se ko raspituje.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sve je stalo \u0161to se ti\u010de nekretnina. Jednostavno, nema nikakvog interesa. Nijedan stan nismo prodali unazad deset dana i nema nikakve aktivnosti u ovom segmentu. Bi\u0107e bolje kad sve ovo pro\u0111e&#8221;, rekla je Gatari\u0107 Vasili\u0107eva za &#8220;Nezavisne&#8221;. Na pitanje da li \u0107e se ovakva situacija odraziti na cijene stanova, ona isti\u010de da je to vrlo te\u0161ko prognozirati.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Vjerovatno \u0107e se odraziti, ali u ovom momentu je to te\u0161ko re\u0107i. Vidje\u0107emo koliko \u0107e ova situacija potrajati&#8221;, navela je Gatari\u0107  Vasili\u0107eva, te dodala da stari stanovi po kvadratu ko\u0161taju od 1.600 KM pa navi\u0161e, a u novogradnji od 2.000 pa navi\u0161e. Situacija nije ni\u0161ta bolja ni u Prijedoru. Leonard Samard\u017eija, vlasnik tamo\u0161nje agencije za nekretnine &#8220;VHS trejd&#8221;, ka\u017ee da iako im agencija trenutno ne radi, njihovi brojevi su dostupni na internetu.<\/p>\n<p>Ali&#8230; &#8220;Niko nas danima nije zvao. Nemamo nikakvih kontakata, niti ko dolazi po tom pitanju. Ja mislim da \u0107e ovo trajati sigurno do dva mjeseca, a i kad sve ovo prestane ljudi \u0107e biti skepti\u010dni. Mislim da \u0107e ova godina biti katastrofalna&#8221;, naveo je Samard\u017eija, koji isti\u010de da stanovi u novogradnji u Prijedoru po kvadratnom metru ko\u0161taju od 1.500 do 1.800 KM, a u starogradnji od 900 do 1.300 KM.<\/p>\n<p>Potpuno identi\u010dna situacija, koja bi se mogla nazvati kolapsom, vlada i u Sarajevu, potvr\u0111uju nam tamo\u0161nji trgovci. &#8220;Novih kupaca nema, svi \u010dekaju ishod situacije, odnosno \u0161ta \u0107e se de\u0161avati. Ne zna se nakon svega da li \u0107e cijena stanova rasti ili padati. Sve je u fazi i\u0161\u010dekivanja&#8221;, rekli su nam iz Agencije za nekretnine &#8220;Area&#8221; Sarajevo.<\/p>\n<p>U Sarajevu je cijena kvadrata tako\u0111e ni\u017ea u starogradnji, a ko\u0161ta od oko 1.200-1.300 maraka pa navi\u0161e, dok za nove na atraktivnijim lokacijama treba izdvojiti i po nekoliko hiljada KM po kvadratnom metru. Zanimljivo je da je, prema podacima Republi\u010dkog zavoda za statistiku, broj predvi\u0111enih stanova za gradnju u RS u februaru ove godine bio ve\u0107i za 120 odsto u odnosu na isti mjesec pro\u0161le godine. Brojke su, me\u0111utim, jedno, a stvarnost je neizvjesna.
