Dok sam \u010ditala da su stranke saglasne da se u ugovoru navede da je cijena ispla\u0107ena, niko se nije bunio. Ne znam da li je taj ugovoreni iznos zaista ispla\u0107en &#8211; rekla je Aleksi\u0107eva.<\/p>\n<p>Prema navodima u optu\u017enici, Radeti\u0107a tu\u017eila\u0161tvo tereti da je zloupotrebom ovla\u0161\u0107enja na osnovu la\u017enog ugovora o pru\u017eanju advokatskih usluga bez saglasnosti \u0106ori\u0107a od op\u0161tine Prijedor naplatio 120.268 maraka naknade za \u0106ori\u0107evo izuzeto zemlji\u0161te i kamatu u iznosu od 30.465 KM. Novac je prebacio na svoj ra\u010dun, a da o tome nije upoznao \u0106ori\u0107a kojem je prebacio samo 30.000 maraka, a po uplati je sa\u010dinio dvije priznanice kao da mu je i u gotovini dao 45.000 maraka. Tereti se i da je \u0106ori\u0107a doveo u zabludu i uvjerio da svoju imovinu vrijednu oko 160.000 maraka, koju je testamentom bio ostavio sinu, prepi\u0161e na njegovu punicu Jelenu \u0110enadiju kako bi je navodno sa\u010duvao, jer zbog poni\u0161tene presude za isplatu od\u0161tete za eksproprisano zemlji\u0161te mora da vrati novac op\u0161tini Prijedor. \u0110enadija je zbog ovog optu\u017eena za prevaru.<\/p>\n<p>Glas Srpske<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Josip \u0106ori\u0107 bez prigovora je svojevoljno potpisao ugovor na osnovu kojeg je optu\u017eenoj Jeleni \u0110enadiji prodao svoju imovinu za 160.000 maraka.
