{"id":113003,"date":"2018-09-21T10:34:30","date_gmt":"2018-09-21T08:34:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/?p=113003"},"modified":"2018-09-21T10:34:30","modified_gmt":"2018-09-21T08:34:30","slug":"gdje-su-najskuplji-kvadrati-i-kakva-je-bila-prodaja-stanova","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/?p=113003","title":{"rendered":"GDJE SU NAJSKUPLJI KVADRATI I KAKVA JE BILA PRODAJA STANOVA?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/ilustracija-kupovina-stana.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/ilustracija-kupovina-stana-300x217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"217\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-112997\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/ilustracija-kupovina-stana-300x217.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/ilustracija-kupovina-stana-100x72.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.prijedordanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/ilustracija-kupovina-stana.jpg 690w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>U drugom tromjese\u010dju ove godine prosje\u010dna cijena kvadrata novih, zavr\u0161enih stanova najvi\u0161a je bila u Banjaluci, a najni\u017ea u Isto\u010dnom Sarajevu i Doboju, dok u nekim gradovima, poput Prijedora, u ovom periodu nije prodat niti jedan zavr\u0161en stan nove gradnje, podaci su Republi\u010dkog zavoda za statistiku RS.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Prosje\u010dna cijena kvadrata novog zavr\u0161enog stana  u drugom tromjese\u010dju ove godine najvi\u0161a je bila u Banjaluci i iznosila je 2.364 KM, dok je najni\u017ea u Isto\u010dnom Sarajevu i  iznosila je 1.242 KM, a u Doboju 1.245 KM&#8221;, isti\u010du u Zavodu.<\/p>\n<p>Poslije Banjaluke, prema ovim podacima, slijede Trebinje sa cijenom kvadrata stana od 1.537 maraka, te Zvornik sa 1.404 KM po kvadratu, a prosje\u010dna cijena kvadrata novih zavr\u0161enih stanova u RS je 1.571 KM.<\/p>\n<p>U Zavodu su napomenuli da cijena kvadrata stana svakako zavisi od lokacije, te da u onom tromjese\u010dju u kojem se dogodi da se proda vi\u0161e stanova  na atraktivnijim lokacijama, samim tim i cijene budu vi\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>Leonardo Samard\u017eija iz preduze\u0107a &#8220;VHS Trade&#8221; Prijedor istakao je da je u gradu na Sani potra\u017enja za stanovima ve\u0107a od ponude.<\/p>\n<p>U Prijedoru se ne gradi mnogo pa nema novih stanova i to vjerovatno predstavlja problem. Nama definitivno fali stanova i imamo ve\u0107u potra\u017enju nego ponudu. Malo se gradi, a potra\u017enje ima&#8221;, istakao je Samard\u017eija za &#8220;Nezavisne&#8221;, dodaju\u0107i da je prosje\u010dna cijena kvadrata stana u Prijedoru u novoj gradnji ina\u010de oko 1.500 maraka.<\/p>\n<p>Manojlo Popovi\u0107 iz Agencije &#8220;Senzor nekretnine&#8221; rekao je da je kvadrat stana ina\u010de najskuplji u Banjaluci, te da zatim slijede Bijeljina, Trebinje i Prijedor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Agencije za nekretnine su legalni prodavci stanova gdje vam je prodaja prikazana i mo\u017ee se lako provjeriti, ali postoji i veliki broj onih koji stanove prodaju na crno&#8221;, kazao je Popovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>U Zavodu za statistiku su kazali da je u Banjaluci u svakom tromjese\u010dju pro\u0161le godine u prosjeku prodato 68 zavr\u0161enih novih stanova, te da ih je najvi\u0161e prodato u tre\u0107em tromjese\u010dju, i to 107, a najmanje u drugom 28.<\/p>\n<p>Kako je navedeno u podacima na zvani\u010dnom sajtu Zavoda, broj prodatih zavr\u0161enih novih stanova u RS u drugom tromjese\u010dju 2018. godine manji je u odnosu na drugo tromjese\u010dje 2017. godine.<\/p>\n<p>Ukupna kalendarski prilago\u0111ena proizvodnja, stoji na stranici Zavoda, u gra\u0111evinarstvu u drugom tromjese\u010dju 2018. godine, u pore\u0111enju sa drugim tromjese\u010djem 2017. godine, ve\u0107a je za 1,1 odsto.<\/p>\n<p>Isti\u010de se da je posmatrano prema vrsti gra\u0111evinskih objekata u istom periodu 2018. proizvodnja u gra\u0111evinarstvu na objektima niskogradnje ve\u0107a za 1,5 odsto, a na objektima visokogradnje ve\u0107a je za 0,5 odsto.<\/p>\n<p>Nezavisne novine<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>U drugom tromjese\u010dju ove godine prosje\u010dna cijena kvadrata novih, zavr\u0161enih stanova najvi\u0161a je bila u Banjaluci, a najni\u017ea u Isto\u010dnom Sarajevu i Doboju, dok u nekim gradovima, poput Prijedora, u [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.6 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>GDJE SU NAJSKUPLJI KVADRATI I KAKVA JE BILA PRODAJA STANOVA?
